About the Event :

Press pause and give your wellbeing a boost at this experiential wellbeing session as we are joined by Sam Forder from Tai Chi Momentum.

Sam will take us on a journey introducing us to tai chi, meditation and qigong. Tai Chi and qigong are exercises based on Chinese medicine, philosophy and meditation. The principles may be applied to everyday situations and are practised by people from all ages and fitness levels. It is often described as movement in meditation.

You will leave equipped with skills that will help you to relax and to make your mind more focused.

Studying tai chi has enabled Sam to develop a tool box which has helped him to relax and negotiate life’s obstacles. The exercises act as a gentle workout and we will also focus on breath work.

This workshop will take place online via Zoom over two hours with a break midway. No matter who you are, or your current state of wellbeing, these workshops will be accessible to all.
