About the Event :

Meditation is like working out for your mind muscle - that is why sometimes you may need guidance and a helping hand to get you motivated.

Studies show that meditation can help improve memory and concentration, slow aging and strengthen immunity. Meditating can give you a sense of calm, peace and balance that lasts beyond the actual meditation.

We invite you to join our local meditation guide, Merryn, for this 30-minute guided meditation each week. Merryn takes us on a journey fitting for the atmosphere and needs of the group on the day to leave everyone feeling grounded and uplifted.

Make yourself a cup of tea and grab a cushion, blanket, or whatever else helps you create a comfortable space, and join us in becoming more relaxed, aware and at peace.
