The โ€œ 'Sitting In The Heartโ€™ Meditationโ€ is designed to give us a taste of what it feels like, and what it means, to โ€˜sit in the heartโ€™, rather than โ€˜sit in the headโ€™. When you have taken up residence in the heart, you are nearer to the core of your own โ€˜beingโ€™ and likely to feel something akin to โ€˜closer to homeโ€™.

THIS EVENT INCLUDES:

โฌฅ โ€˜Sitting in the Heartโ€™ Meditation led by a designated facilitator

โฌฅ An opportunity to share your experience of the meditation in a safe/structured group setting
