THE JOY OF THE EVERYDAY: FREE MEDITATION WORKSHOP
In this 1-hour online Meditation Workshop from Looking Inwards, the group will receive:
- 30 minutes discussion, reflection, and research on meditation techniques for reduced anxiety, and deeper joy and happiness in daily life.
- 30 minutes guided meditation to slow busy minds, and enhance feelings of contentment, joy, and happiness.
THE JOY OF THE EVERYDAY OUTCOMES:
1. Use meditation to think and feel more joyfully and happily in your daily life. In doing so we are replacing our harmful or negative thoughts, beliefs and emotions with beneficial, healthy ones.
2. Spend time in silence, stillness, and mindfulness during activities throughout your day. These moments create joy, reducing your busy thinking and increasing self-awareness.
