“Laughter is the best medicine”

Laughter Yoga is a combination of aerobic exercises and yogic breathing which oxygenate the body and brain and make one feel more healthy and energetic. It is a tool for delivering the benefits of laughter with a cue and on demand without relying on outside reasons to laugh, such as jokes, comedy or humour. The concept of Laughter Yoga is based on the scientific fact that our brain can not distinguish the difference between real and simulated laughter, and we get the same physiological and psychological benefits. The benefits include promoting good mood, reducing stress, boosting the immune system and bringing people together, to name a few.
