Join mindfulness instructor Ming Hui as she runs a short mindfulness practice to help you conclude the work week. No frills, just come and practice mindfulness in an open and supportive environment. Beginners, experts, all are welcome!

This session will be conducted online via Zoom on 27 May 2022, 8:00 AM to 8:30 AM (GMT+8)
