Our program welcomes FinTech start-ups to receive feedback from our guest mentors. Our mentors include individuals from around the FinTech community and have expertise in marketing, legal, business development and other fields to accelerate start-ups’ growth.
If you are accepted to attend the event you will receive an email with time confirmations. This event will be virtual, using video conferencing for the meetings and the time slots are 30 mins each.

Heather Blythe - Currently in Digital Product at Barclays with 12 years in the financial services industry. Heather’s background is in partnerships where she headed up Barclays Business Bank’s Partnership team; identifying, on-boarding and running the banks strategic partners including MarketFinance, Smart Pension and RISE Accelerator graduate Nimbla.
Michael Pearce - Michael has worked closely with the Citi Ventures organisation over the last few years whilst at Citibank. He developed and delivered training courses aimed at the internal entrepreneur, in any area, to apply modern methodologies to solving the problems they faced every day. He helped functions focus on the use of data and digital solutions and how an understanding of the end to end process can deliver significant productivity gains throughout the organisation. Michael is a Financial leader with over 3 decades’ global experience within a variety of financial institutions with global reach and a strong knowledge of the African market. He has undertaken several CFO roles and developed and presented business strategies to various Boards and Senior Committees and also a seasoned coach and mentor.
Oriol Caudevilla - works as Co-Leader of the Financial Inclusion and CBDCs Working Groups at the Global Impact FinTech (GIFT) Forum, Chairman of the Private Digital Euro Working Group at the Digital Euro Association (D€A), Strategic Advisor at a Hong Kong-based WealthTech company, ETFCool, Strategic Advisor at Alpha Bright Asset Management (Hong Kong), Member of the Board of Advisors at Blockchain for Europe (BC4EU), Mentor at R3 (Singapore), Mentor at Cyberport (Hong Kong), Mentor at the Hong Kong Science and Technology Park (HKSTP), FinTech Mentor at F10 Incubator & Accelerator (Singapore), Blockchain Mentor at Tribe (Singapore) and also FinTech Mentor at Rise by Barclays (London and Mumbai).
He is member of the FinTech Association of Hong Kong, the Singapore Fintech Association (SFA) as well as FinTech Australia.
Furthermore, he publishes articles in several media, including China Daily (both the Global and Hong Kong Edition) and Macau Business.
He has given talks and seminars on the Chinese Financial System, Central Bank Digital Currencies and the Digital Yuan in several universities in the US, Canada, Mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau, as well as in international conferences, like the recent Israel/UAE Fintech Week, the Future of Fintech Saudi Arabia event and the Greater Bay Area Blockchain Week.
Reginald De Wasseige - is an Investor at Augmentum Fintech. He started his career in private equity in Belgium (his home country), and later went on to explore entrepreneurship through founding a data security software company. Off the back of both experiences, VC was a natural evolution and Reggie joined ABN AMRO Ventures, the venture capital arm of the Dutch bank, and relocated to Amsterdam. This first VC position introduced him to the world of fintech and was also the start of his international adventure. He relocated early 2021 to London and joined Augmentum.
Satish Gaekwad - has been in leadership roles in B2B Technology Sales & Marketing, Product development & Operations for over 20 years (having worked with DeepTech / FinTech Startups and Technology Outsourcing firms) developing & selling Enterprise Software, Solutions & Professional Services to essentially the Banking & Financial Services. He is an Electronics Engineer & an MBA from leading top-tier institutes. In his last corporate role, he was the Sales Head for Financial Services / UK for a Fortune-500 BPO firm. He has led global teams varying in sizes between 2 to 300+, and his Sales deal sizes have ranged between $0.5M to over $20M.
