Mental health illness has a long-standing history of stigma in religious communities creating barriers to appropriate care. Due to limited knowledge of the awareness of signs, symptoms, and available resources for mental health treatment, help-seeking behaviors are greatly reduced. This virtual session will help religious and spiritual leaders discover pathways to address challenges to mental health and ensure overall wellness for themselves and their communities.
