During this informative and research-backed session, Magriet Steyn, Performance and Wellbeing coach, will share tools and strategies that will help you harness stress in a positive way and let go of self-sabotaging thoughts and behaviours to find more growth and freedom in your life and career.

About Magriet Steyn:

Magriet Steyn is an accredited Performance and Wellbeing coach and Mindfulness Teacher, who helps professional women to create fulfilling careers without sacrificing their freedom or emotional wellbeing.

With a career of over 20 years in the corporate world behind her, she understands the challenges of working in pressured, fast-paced, results orientated and ambiguous environments.

She also knows what it’s like, as a strong and driven woman, to work in a masculine environment, while balancing family commitments and motherhood.

Magriet is on a mission to inspire women to get out of their own way and earn a living doing what they love, without burning out or compromising their wellbeing.

In her spare time, Magriet practices yoga and Pilates and enjoys renovating their quaint cottage with her husband, Jim, in the English countryside.
