Join us for Motivation Monday!

This meditation class is an excellent way to learn introductory yet powerful meditation techniques to de-stress, increase self-awareness, sharpen focus, and generate love, peace and harmony from within.

Mary McMonagle, owner of True Vibe, will be facilitating this meditation. The techniques she will teach in this class will be focused on breathwork, body stillness/awareness and visualizations. She will then lead you through a guided meditation where your mind and body will be very relaxed.

What is needed for the class:

- A quiet and comfortable space to sit or lay down

- Any pillows or blankets to help your body be as comfortable as possible
