Would you be interested in a simple practice to improve your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing?

You are invited to an upcoming free online Isha Yoga session, to improve health and wellbeing, designed by Sadhguru's Isha Foundation. Session will be approximately 45 minutes long.

In this session you will learn easy to do simple yoga postures. Once learnt, you only need about 15 minutes every day, to do these simple practices πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈ

These practices improve your physical, mental, and emotional health. No previous Yoga experience required. Although these practices are easy to do, the benefits can be enormous. To get the most out of this session, please:

- πŸ”… Leave a minimum of 4 hours after your last meal

- πŸ”… Ensure there is a stable internet connection.

- πŸ”… Join 5 minutes before the session begins! πŸ™‚

Although these practices are simple and straight forward, even those who are already carrying out some physical yoga activities would benefit from participating in this session
