This virtual two-part topic will be facilitated by Registered Social Workers and Therapists: Kamilah Clayton, Michelle Richards, and Stephanie Osaseri.

Kamilah Clayton, MSW, RSW, CBT, is a Registered Social Worker, with over 10 years of experience working with children, youth, and families. Kamilah holds a Bachelor of Psychology, a Masters & Bachelors in Social Work, and is certified in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy. In addition, Kamilah is an African Centred Rites of Passage Initiate and a former member of Yensomu African Rites of Passage. Through her private practice in Whitby, ON, she specializes in issues of Anxiety, Depression, Stress and Racial identity. Kamilah is committed to providing quality mental health counselling and programming to members of the African Canadian Community.

Michelle Richards, MSW, RSW, is a Therapist and Registered Social Worker with 15 years of experience serving clients in need of a mental health intervention, system navigation and advocacy. Her work experiences include mental health, addictions, criminal justice and child welfare contexts. Michelle's practice approach is grounded in equity and anti-oppression frameworks, with a focus on anti-Black racism. In her private practice as a therapist, Michelle passionately guides people on their journey to mental wellness by supporting them in the process of exploration, transformation, and liberation.
