Part 1: Creating Healthy Workplaces

Join Farm Management Canada and the Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety (CCOHS) for a facilitated discussion on how to recognize, assess, control, and evaluate your current farm management plan from a healthy workplace perspective. Experience examples of policies, programs, and tools that can help you build a mentally healthy work environment and learn how to apply these strategies in your existing farm business management plan. Part 2: Growing Your Plan

As a follow up to Part 1: Creating Healthy Workplaces, join Farm Management Canada and the Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety (CCOHS) as we discover what experiences you had in applying the RACE (recognize, assess, control, and evaluate) model for psychological health, safety, and well-being, in your farm management plans. Tools, resources, interactive group work, exercises as well as your own experience and knowledge will provide valuable insights and learning outcomes for all participants.
