About the Event :

headspace National is hosting a free mental health education session for parents, carers and community members within the Newcastle region. These sessions are a collaboration with local area mental health services, non-government providers and local headspace centres.

This workshop will help you to

• Understand more about your young person’s mental health

• Know more about how to get help and support for your young person’s mental health

• Know more about how serious events and incidents in the community can impact the mental health and wellbeing of your young person

• Understand what support is out there for your young person and their mental health
