Get an introduction to mental health, emotional wellbeing and mental distress, exploring what these ideas mean to different people and professional groups. Look at the meaning and significance of terminology in understanding and supporting our own and other people’s mental health.

Duration: 10 hours over 5 weeks, Thursdays 2.00pm – 3.30pm

What will I need?

In order to access Ruskin’s online courses, you will need a computer/laptop/tablet/smart phone with:

• a webcam
• speakers and microphone
• portable headset
• access to Google Meet

You should also be able to send and receive emails, open links in emails and open and save documents.

What will it cost me?

The cost for this course is £35. It is free if you are unemployed or earning less than £17,004 per annum.
