More so than ever, people are going through loss of many kinds. Some of us may have also lost someone during this time, or we know someone who has. This webinar will take a look at the grieving process, and will look at different models than can help us to understand loss and bereavement. Throughout this interactive webinar you will be able to recognise your own experiences and responses to loss. By the end of the session, the aim is that you will have a better understanding of loss and its impact, and be better able to support yourself or others through any losses.

Although we recommend that you have your camera on to benefit from the full experience of this webinar, attending with your camera off is fine, too.
