About this session
Managing Change during COVID-19: We have all experienced a lot of change, both in our home lives and wider, these last two months. This webinar explores why change can be so difficult, some of the impacts of COVID-19 in terms of change, and we discuss how we feel about change. We look at ways to accept change, and techniques of how to manage change and potentially turn it into an opportunity. Finally we will explore the easing of lock down measures, and what this will mean to us, and how we can adapt to this moving forward.
Self-care during COVID-19: Self-care is important all of the time; but never more so than during these unprecedented times of COVID-19. This webinar explores what psychological wellbeing means, and why it is so important; alongside an exploration of methods to improve your psychological wellbeing, with tips you can try at home. Lastly, we’ll look at 10 ways to make sure we self-care during these difficult times and we’ll practice a guided visualisation to finish.
