We are offering a complimentary webinar, “Mental Fitness: How to thrive in challenging times” on January 14th at 9 am. (We are also doing the webinar on Jan 12 at 6pm with a different registration page - choose the time that is right for you.)

Please join us to learn the strategies and tools you will need for developing and improving mental fitness, based on the work of Shirzad Chamine, best-selling author of Positive Intelligence.

In this webinar, we will work together to overcome these mental fitness hurdles:

• Feeling stuck, distracted, and unproductive

• Feeling out of control and even hopeless at times

• Having a shorter temper and more conflicts in your relationships

• Avoiding situations or conversations, or doing things to please others that leave you feeling depleted

The webinar will run for 60 minutes on both January 12 and 14th – you choose the time that works best for you. At the end of our time together, you will walk away with at least two tools that you’ll be able to use immediately in your day to day to help you strengthen your mental fitness.
